I Honey Cup - International Rugby Veterans Event Siedlce 21-23.09.2012

WFS Veterans have pleasure to invite you to 1st HONEY CUP - International Rugby Veteran Event, taking place from September 21-23, 2012 in Siedlce, Poland under the following conditions:

I. PROGRAMME:
- Friday September 21 in the afternoon: WELCOME DRINK
Each team must prepare a presentation; we set the rules of the game and tournament details
- Saturday September 22 - the whole day: GAMES, LUNCH, HONEY CUP PARTY
- Sunday September 23: FAREWELL BEER, OPTIONAL PROGRAMME (Trips) on Request

II. FORMAT OF THE EVENT:
Age of players: All players must be 35 or over
Rules of the Games: standard XV rugby rules incl. usual veteran modifications (uncontested scrums, no kicking outside 22 and no lifting in line outs).

III. ENTRY FEES:
1. Registration fee per team - 100 EUR
2. Entry fees 50 EUR/person covers as follows:
- Welcome Drink
- Lunch and drinks available on the pitch
- Honey Cup Party - incl. dinner and drinks
- Event souvenirs for each participant and prizes for all teams

IV. ACCOMMODATION
There are provisionally booked rooms for the Event´s Participants in our Partners Hotels for Event´s special prices as follows:

V.REGISTRATION PROCESS
Only teams which fill in and send the enclosed Entry Form to the Event´s Director Greg Pliszka (honey.cup@op.pl) - and further follow the necessary instructions may become participants of the Event.
Deadlines:
April 30, 2012 - Closing date for application and payment of the Team Registration Fee.
June 30, 2012 for paying 50% of total cost, Accommodation fees and sending final lists of participants for accommodation.
August 31, 2012 50% the rest.

VI. LOCAL TRANSPORT
Transport to be arranged separately on request at additional cost.

VII. FROM HISTORY OF THE EVENT
In 2012, WFS Siedlce Veterans started a new series of tournaments on the each-year basis for 6-8 teams. These events have been called HONEY CUP.
Siedlce, buildings from XVIII centuries: Town Hall, St. Stanislaus Church, Chapel Ogiński.

VIII. WFS SIEDLCE VETERANS
WFS Siedlce Veterans Team was founded in 1994, debuted July 16 game with a team of "Rest of Polish" winning 5:3 on penalties. The team mainly plays international matches, their opponents were veterans teams from Ukraine, Lithuania, Czech Republic and England.
